By booking a cleaning service via our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Services Provided

- Scope of Work: We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined in your specific booking confirmation. Additional tasks not included in the original booking (e.g., inside ovens, deep carpet cleaning) must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
- Supplies and Equipment: Unless otherwise agreed, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer us to use your specific products, we are not responsible for any damage caused by them.
Bookings and Payments

- Pricing: All quotes provided on our website or via phone are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement (e.g., monthly invoicing) has been established. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to a fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Access to Property and Client Responsibilities

- Entry: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure our cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is turned away or unable to access the home, a lockout fee may apply.
- Safety and Pets: Clients must ensure the environment is safe for our staff. All aggressive pets must be securely contained prior to our arrival.
- Valuables and Breakages: Please secure all delicate, high-value, or irreplaceable items. While our team exercises the utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or accidental breakage of unsecured items.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any damage or loss directly caused by our cleaning services is strictly limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided on that specific day. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed cleaning. We will return to re-clean the specific areas that did not meet your expectations at no additional cost.
